My prices are very simple. Prices are as follows:
1. Any home under 2500 square feet is $225.00
2. Any home between 2501 and 3500 square feet is $275.00
3.Any home larger than 3501 square feet is $350.00
I do not charge extras. My prices include accessible crawl spaces, swimming pools, and outbuildings.
