Buyers can get all of the information concerning the condition of the property they are looking to buy. I look at every inch of the house from the roof to any crawl space. I enter the attic even in the dreaded summer heat. I look beyond the cosmetics of a house. I want to insure that the house looks good inside and out.
Sellers can get an idea of the true condition of their home before listing it. This is an effective tool in pricing and negotiating the final deal. If you know up front what an inspection will reveal, you have the opportunity to make repairs prior to listing. If you choose not to make repairs, you can adjust your price accordingly or be ready to negotiate the final price.
I am listed by FHA as a fee inspector. For lenders this means I can perform any of your final inspection or need for repair inspections.
